Leadership
Chris was a founding member of private equity firm Grass Lake Capital EPV, an international real estate investment fund with offices in Chicago and London. The fund successfully invested in over $150 million of ground-up multifamily and retail projects across Ireland and the United Kingdom, where Chris was responsible for analyzing, underwriting, and evaluating all projects.
Prior to starting Left Development, Chris traded derivatives and structured products at the Chicago Board of Trade. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Finance from Tulane University, where his thesis examined the subprime mortgage crisis and its role in the 2008 global recession.
Chris lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, skiing, food, and spending time with his family.
