The Project
Clarksville Pike Multifamily is a 230-unit garden-style community on the southern half of LEFT’s Bordeaux site in North Nashville, adjacent to the platform’s build-to-rent community at Canvas at Leftbank.
The site is fully zoned and entitled, allowing the project to move from acquisition to construction on a clear, de-risked timeline.
Together with Canvas at Leftbank, the project completes LEFT’s vision for the Clarksville Pike corridor: two complementary product types serving the same growing submarket.
