Canvas at Leftbank is a 160-unit build-to-rent townhome community on an approximately 8-acre infill site along the Clarksville Pike corridor in Nashville’s Bordeaux neighborhood, an urban-edge location ten minutes from downtown Nashville with direct access to I-24, I-40, and I-65, squarely in the path of the city’s growth.
The community is built around two- and three-bedroom townhomes averaging 1,396 square feet, with a clubhouse, pool, and fitness center, giving renters the space and privacy of a single-family home at a price well below the cost of homeownership in the market.
