Canvas at Leftbank is a 160-unit build-to-rent townhome community on an approximately 8-acre infill site along the Clarksville Pike corridor in Nashville’s Bordeaux neighborhood, an urban-edge location squarely in the path of the city’s growth.
The community is built around two and three-bedroom townhomes averaging roughly 1,396 square feet, giving renters the space and privacy of a single-family home with the convenience of a professionally managed community.
