1300 Herman Street is a fully entitled, 218-unit, five-story apartment building in Nashville’s Marathon Village, one of the last remaining Gulch-adjacent development opportunities.
The design pairs warm masonry with contemporary massing, scaled to the neighborhood’s industrial heritage while delivering the unit mix and amenity program the submarket demands.
A ten-minute walk from Amazon’s Nashville Yards and Oracle’s North Gulch offices, the project exemplifies the firm’s value-oriented approach: the right product, on the right block, at a basis that protects the downside.
