1300 Herman Street is a 218-unit, five-story apartment building in Nashville’s Marathon Village, the project that gave the platform’s Nashville pipeline its anchor.
The design pairs warm masonry with contemporary massing, scaled to the neighborhood’s industrial heritage while delivering the unit mix and amenity program the submarket demands.
The project exemplifies the firm’s value-oriented approach: the right product, on the right block, at a basis that protects the downside.
