The Project
1301 Herman Street is a 345-unit, podium-style apartment building in the Marathon Village section of Nashville's West Gulch, one of the last wood-frame development opportunities remaining in the downtown core.
The site sits within a short walk of more than 150,000 jobs and a wide base of restaurants, entertainment, and retail, putting the project in direct line with Nashville's continued downtown employment growth.
As with every project on the platform, institutional execution and risk management guided each decision from land acquisition through design development.
