The Greencastle Portfolio was a three-building multifamily portfolio in Greencastle, Indiana, acquired at a disciplined basis and operated to institutional standards.
The portfolio reflects the firm’s value-oriented approach to existing product: well-located buildings acquired below replacement cost, stabilized, and managed for cash flow.
The investment was fully realized, returning capital to investors and validating the platform’s underwriting discipline on smaller existing assets.
